How I Started:
I used to workout before but never understood the importance of diet. Also I lacked the dedication to keep going every day.
NOW, it has all changed. I think BIG BIG BIG everyday and am have never been so determined in my life.
Absolutely nothing is going to stop me this time and I am going to get big.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get immediately after a good work out. Its the best part of my day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am very stubborn and want to prove naysayers wrong.

Cell-Tech isn't bad at all. Take 1/2 the serving which will cut the sugars and calories in half and still give you enough creatine for the day.... i've taken it and loved it. keep the mono for off days and after you're finished with the Cell Tech, try some Green Mag, SizeOn, Storm, or Clout.
