Mostly Bodyweight exercise

I am looking to follow this routine as i believe it has good conditioning, is within my capabilities, can be done almost anywhere and doesn't require much equipment.

Thanks for the compliment. I think natural muscle looks good on women, but all the hormone and steroid use gives "muscular women" a bad look.
