Right now just taking it easy with training through the holidays with just one 2-3 hour workout per day sipping 8-BETA ANABOL the entire time. Going to let my weight get up to @200 before tapering back.
I will drop my body fat to low double digits. I will establish a body weight of 160 lbs. My body will appear noticeably more defined, particularly around the abdomen.

Add more mass to upper pecs, arms, rear delts and rhomboids. Over the next 18 months I'm aiming to increase my overall bodyweight to 235-245 pounds and under 10% BF. I think that will put me over the top from an athletic build into more of a bodybuil
