i;m planning on bulking as much as possible until march 1, then im gonna cut like theres no tomorro until i got the bodyfat ratio of a bodybuilder prepped for his show. so im hoping to get to 190 by christmas, and cut back to 175 by summer
in life there comes a time where you have to choose whether to become an average man of average goals with an average body, or a man that wheres his strife, his hardwork, his integrity, his purpose, his potential, his eliteness on the curves of his mighty muscles. I've chosen to not back down and allow my body to crumble into oblivion. I've chosen to be strong and create a body worth being proud of. so though i gotta start at scratch, im not gonna stop until i reach my goal, which is one i'll never reach, but always strive towards. that goal is to be as fit and strong as i can possible be. right now im trying to reach 200 pounds on my bench and weigh around 160. but trust me when i achieve, and i will achieve this, my goals will only increase.
Naturally been vascular.. But it only shows in other places other than the arms when I go below 7% or so.
I take a NO product and get really good pumps in the gym.
I carb cycle at my most vascular.
dass cool! yeah man I do chest tri's and bi's on monday. tues. is shoulders and back. weds is legs. I will do abss and traps in with what ever work out feels good. when I have done the whole body I will restart after a days rest.
well man! I find that really hard to believe. I would guess you at prolly 400 bench. thats good that you are that dedicated. what type of work outs do you do? you said ya work out twice a day right? oh and yeah I am in my first year of college. 5 meals a day is pretty impressive also. how do ya keep that down?
