Trainings been going good. Was on a bulking phase but am now focusing on maintaining at my current weight. Been adding in more cardio while still lifting heavy. Protein cookies sound good let me know how they turn out if you make some.

Hi Amy, Staying motivated to stay in shape. Not bulking anymore started adding more cardio to get leaner but try and keep my weight at 209. How about you? How is training going with you?

Thats good to hear. I'm on a kind of bulking phase right now trying to pack on some mass. I've added a weight gain powder and more red meat to my diet to up my calories. You must be very happy with the progress you've been making your looking leaner since I last chatted with ya. Am happy for you keep up the hard work!! :)

I've been bulking now for about two months by adding more red meat and a weight gain protein powder to my meals which has helped boost my calories per day. Currently I wouldnt have time either working full time and going to college at night. Bodybuilding is something that challeges me and pushes me to be better and is something I enjoy doing just for fun right now. :) Hows your bulking phase going for you?

What kind of leg excercises did you do to get such impressive size and definition on your legs? I'm trying to add more mass to my legs. Do you just lift really heavy with basic excercises like squats, leg presses, and lunges? any help would be appreciated!!

Training has been going good. Started my training back on January of this year focusing on losing fat. Now that I've lost the fat am looking to add more muscle and am on a kind of bulking phase right now to increase strength. Are you thinking avout competing in the fitness industry?
