Goal (Long):
Keep off the fat and get more ripped and add lean mass at the same time. Looking to stay between 200-210 for right now.
Achieved so much in such a short amount of time.. Great role model for anyone looking to get into better physical condition and shows how sticking to your goal and dedicating yourself will lead to success.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
I have been training non stop since starting my fat loss diet back in January of this year and sometimes doing two a day workouts and started noticing a couple months ago that my energy levels and intensity wasnt as strong as it was a month before. I looked up on the supersite here about it to...
Thats awesome. Im also bulking rite now. Hows your bulk going so far? I dnt think I'll compete. I have the drive and dedication for it but I just dnt have the time. What about you? Evr thinking of competing?
Naturally low bodyfat, so I'm always defined.
Mass-Squats (front/back), Lunges (walking/smith), Leg Press (every now and then).
My legs usually respond to 4-8 reps. Higher reps on the lunges though.
Msg me if you want more details.
Thanks Jason I havent done any work thus far because I'm focusing on other career moves school and work but thank you so much for your kind words :) Keep up all your hard work
A ripped mid section is not from exercise or reps,.. it's from low bodyfat! Huge area of confusion.. I never eat any junk or crap so I stay lean, but need a so much food including plenty of carbs every single day to maintain.. again, just no crap eating!
