Started lifting in High School my senior year and fell in love with it. I've been lifting off and on since then. Fell off the wagon a few months back and am trying to get back onto it now that I'm done moving around and finally getting settled.
Why I Love It:
It's relaxing, the feeling of accomplishment, and the impacts it has towards future life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listen to music, taking fat measurements, this website.
I've been in a steady plateau for a few months now. I plan to try to transform my body by dropping body fat and increasing lean mass.
Goal (Long):
I've been doing steady cardio training for the past few months. My body weight has fluxed between 5lbs depending on how hard I trained and what I ate that week. I plan to cut my body fat down to less than 10% while increasing my lean body mass to maintain roughly the same weight.
