Started lifting in High School my senior year and fell in love with it. I've been lifting off and on since then. Fell off the wagon a few months back and am trying to get back onto it now that I'm done moving around and finally getting settled.
Why I Love It:
It's relaxing, the feeling of accomplishment, and the impacts it has towards future life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listen to music, taking fat measurements, this website.

Goal (Long):
I plan to accomplish this goal by during the month of January due cardio 5 days a week. When Feb comes around, I plan on implementing a goal based weight training plan.

Welcome back :) Don't worry about taking some time away, as long as you're back, it's all good! I'm sure it was quite an adjustment from military life to becoming a civie. It sure was for us. Glad you're here, and I look forward to hearing about your training.
