Well I went to the doctor for a regular checkup and he told me my cholesterol was too high and to get some exercise. I listened and started off doing cardio kickboxing (via netflix) indoors so I could get my wind back. After two weeks of this I moved outdoors and started running the soccer field in the sun. When I was feeling it I moved into lifting iron and running. I am addicted.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself mentally and physically. I enjoy the feeling of leaving the gym feeling pumped and exhausted.
