Through a little rehab...my muscles started growing...I figured I would use my education and resources to see where it would take me. Glad I did!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way the body works, moves, adapts to the different stimulus. I like to keep my body in shape or in a state of conditioning so that I can do sprint work, plyometrics, play pick-up ball...be athletic.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's my life...to be anything less would be uncivilized. ;)
My friends, fans and clients help keep me motivated...those guys are GREAT!
BB Accomplishments:
Becoming a professional natural bodybuilder in several organizations, including Musclemania, FAME and the NGA, working with the Optimum guys, several magazine covers & editorials, Becoming the founder of a major natural competition series and having the chance to change the sport!
