So today i rolled of mission to find out that my lifting partner had already lifted. It was ok cause it was kinda late, i understood. So already i was a lil de-motivated. Then it just went down hill to the point i was just like a zombi going through my work out. While i was lifting a big group...
Well I am so glad you got all that time with your son, 15 months old they really are finding their own little personalities! Me, well same old thing...work :) Keep in touch
Thanks man. I train abs only once a week, just like any other muscle group, but I train them heavy, I treat them like any other muscle on any other day, and do around 4 exercises with 4 sets, each set to failure, usually decline bench with plates on my chest, cable crunches, hanging knee ups, and broomstick twists. Keep up the good work and keep up the good ink.
ya this base has a pretty good gym too but it gets so crowded sometimes! thanks for the motivation :) not looking forward to the 10 miler at the end of the week, are they making you do that too?
Thanks bro! The back is very much a work in progress, like everything else! Congrats on the APFT score. Sure u will beat it again soon enough! Stay safe.
Cheers J! It doesnt feel like Im making much progress visiblt to me, but I'm having a great time training hard. The greatest thing all the combat training has done for me over the years is ensure I always give everything I have in each session! Been doing loadsa sparring and bag/pad work, plus kettlebells and olympic lifts! I love it! How r thing going 4 u bro?
