How I Started:
Basically a loner in high school, not a lot of friends. Fell in love with weight training because i didn't need anyone else.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling of my muscles burning and getting pumped. The confidence i have when i am naked. the compliments. the looks.

Watching other peoples progress. Being around positive, ambitious and successful people.

Goal (Long):
I wanna have a super ripped body, some more mass in a few areas but not like not the BodyBuilders on Flex, more like a guy on Mens Health.
I usually train Monday through Friday, at 6:30am and/or Lunch.
I like having shorter workouts because i can go more intense, instead of one long workout where i would crash near the end.
When training for size i do reps between 8-12, and usually about 4 sets per exercise.

I'm good. I haven't been getting on much either. I'm going to Miami for a week. So it will be nice to leave Texas for a while :). i hope everything goes well. we'll see what happens :)
