It makes me feel so good. I feel like I'm FINALLY doing something for me instead of someone else. Something that will improve my health, my looks and my quality of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to keep my goal in mind. I've got a lot of weight to lose and just sitting on my butt and wishing won't help.

My goal is to lose about 25 lbs. of fat and get healthy!!
Goal (Long):
Ever since having kids my body has gone from decent to something I'm embarrassed about. I would love to have a body that I'm proud of or at least content with. I want my kids to see that mom's not this frumpy, fat woman that I've become.
My goal is to lose roughly 5 pounds each month until I'm down to roughly 130, unless I look good at 140. I haven't weighed less than 140 since high school so I'm not sure if I'll look good at that weight, but we'll see....
Mostly, I'd like my fat percentage to go down to 20-24% instead of being at the incredibly unhealthy 36% that I'm at right now.

I want to LOSE 25 lb

Well, my weight loss is and has been at a stand still for a couple months--at least. For whatever reason (there are plenty of "reasons" I'm sure) I've lost my desire to do what is right for my body. I've lost the drive to work out...I think my body has gone into hibernation mode since...

Hey Jasmine your progress pic say a lot.Keep going and train hard to see results more results soon.Keep going and keep in touch.My goal is get back in 110 pounds with muscles tone.I lost 9 pounds last month training at home but now I'm in a gym with weight training really happy with my results.Hoe I can post some progress and hallowen pic soon.Take care and have a nice weekend!

Thanks! I LOVE ink...I'll prob get more, but don't want to get anything major done because I'd have to take off time from the gym. Maybe I'll get my next piece when I get my boobs done in Dec. since I'll be stuck at home anyways for a week. ;)
Your progress is great! I know you said you don't see much of a difference, but there is! Keep up the good work. It's 80% what you eat (and what you don't ;) ) Take it one meal at a time- believe me, I need to heed my own advice :)
Hey! Did I see you at body pump? When/what times do you do to the gym & what do you do? Have you tried the PACE Class? That one of the things that helped me loose some of my "fat"...and doing my Best not to eat chips, chocolate and fries all the time. =S
