How I Stay Motivated:
At this stage in my life I have two small children that keep me motivated. It is very important for me to be a positive role model for them and I want to be around for as long as possible. I need to stay in shape to keep up with them!
BB Accomplishments:
Until recently, I was lifting to just stay in shape and to stay healthy. The WBFF show in Calgary on July 4th, 2009 shall be my first accomplishment, as my goals with BB have completely changed.
I have trained for and completed several marathons and half marathons as well as triathlons.

I eaten Mangosteen but never have drank it. My fav drink is something coming from Africa called Moongo in Swahili I dont know it english name or even arabic but it one of these juice that I never found any company has made it.
Congrats on the move! You're going to love it when summer hits! You have a few months to get back in the gym and get the beach body so a few weeks off shouldn't hurt. Lucky for us there is something called muscle memory! Enjoy your new home.
