How I Started:
I was tired of being 30 pounds overwieight and yo-yo dieting. I decided to get a trainer (Yeah Nate at Pure Fitness in North Scottsdale!) and he told me I have the figure to to competitions and as I leaned out and got into the best shape of my life (all 24 years! lol) I decided that this is a passion for me and I want to be a fitness model. My inspiration is Alicia Marie. She is the first African-American model to be on two fitness mag covers at the same time! You go girl!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so good and I am in the best shape of my life. I love the looks I get from perfect strangers!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read Oxygen magazine all the time and am always taking progress pictures! I know what I looked like before and I dont ever want to look that way again.
I was just offered a position to become a personal trainer and get my cert at the gym I go to! I am so excited and honored and I cannot wait to help other people reach their fitness goals!!

1/2 c oatmeal
1 oz rasins
3 meals of 4oz chicken breast, 1/2 c brocolli, 1 oz almonds, and 3/4 apple
1 c cottage cheese
3/4 c pineapple
Day 4 I eat:
1/2 c oatmeal
1 oz rains
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg white
3 meals of 3oz steak, 4 oz potato, 1 c green beans, 1 c pineapple
1 c cottage cheese

I love living a fitness minded lifestyle! I love to help others who want to put in that kind of effort every day. I would love to work with youth and teach them about fitness...I think Iwill start small...local churches and YMCA's. I just want to make a difference in the life of just one person...
