Been lazy for the past 6 months. Lost a lot of definition. Time to start making some changes...
Started working with weights out when I was 18 met a bodybuilder who owned the vitamin store I shopped at. His wife had the most amazing body and the sexiest muscles and I wanted that for myself. I got really into it for a few years, joined the Army for 5 years, and started to take it to another level. I was gaining a lot of strength and muscle and then ended up injuring my shoulder and tearing cartilage in my chest. From then on, I pretty much backed off heavy lifting and lifting all together. I'm ready to get back in the game!
Why I Love It:
I love challenging my body and I'm always amazed at how my body can change and become better and stronger with each workout. It's addicting. I do it for health, well-being and looks in that order.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wonderful husband is a Marine and that alone is enough to keep me going! I strive to be his trophy ;-) even though I know he loves me for me. I want to be able to keep up with him and we love being active together. We inspire each other to always strive to be better healthier versions of ourselves.

I want to regain the body confidence I used to have. I want to be able to do 60 push-ups in 2 minutes again and be able to do 5 pull-ups without feeling strain in my shoulder. Also, I want to be able to run under an 8 minute mile again without being short of breath.
