Fit Status:
Well back at it after weeks of dealing with impacted wisdom teeth
Some days I dont lol. Like days my ass hurts so bad I cant lay down from doing squats thats a good example, but in the end its worth it all.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation usually isnt a problem. Im addicted to the feeling of working out as hard as I can. I love it too when I catch people giving me the "this guy is crazy. He is going to kill himself look" lol. I also tend to feel like Im wasteing away if I take a few days off even lol, but you have to rest..
BB Accomplishments:
Right now I dont feel like I have any. Personally I will never be good enough there will always be somewhere I feel I must improve...

Goal (Long):
To place in the top 5 in the mens light heavy weight next year.
He is my brother. I know he works hard. We may not always agree on the best approach to reach our goals. But its always fun to try new suppliments together, and new workout routines, although we dont often get to workout together.
I hate cardio, and it shows lol Unfortunately its a thing you have to do. For me to gain I really have to pack on the pounds, and I hate being smoothed out so usually I do it just to drop a few pounds of fat here n there to keep it in check till I seriously cut then its everyday yuck lol..I hate cardio, and it shows lol Unfortunately its a thing you have to do. Gotta be the bike, because I can sit down lmao! Seriously though I like the cuts it gives in your legs :) I should just buy a bike and ride it to work :)

Hey, it's good to be lifting heavy again. I think I'm finally 100% recovered from my wrist injury. What's going on with you? How's the arms coming. And yeah, Halo worked pretty good, but I like Size On better.
