Well, I had several things hit me over the weekend, I have lost 15 lb since the day after Thanksgiving, but yet, still can't really fit into my clothes, granted they are loose but not where I thought I would be by now....I am learning now what certain foods to do my body and having to deal with it...Indulging every now and then doesn't work either, because then I start to remember the taste of the food and then the chemicals in my brain react and then I'm back where I started, dependency on...
