Well, I had several things hit me over the weekend, I have lost 15 lb since the day after Thanksgiving, but yet, still can't really fit into my clothes, granted they are loose but not where I thought I would be by now....I am learning now what certain foods to do my body and having to deal with it...Indulging every now and then doesn't work either, because then I start to remember the taste of the food and then the chemicals in my brain react and then I'm back where I started, dependency on... driven1 Hi! Thanks for the friend request. I was looking through your goals, and I think you can really, really do this!! Like you, I have my gym at home as well... just got tired of the gym culture, and of paying the high monthly dues to work on equipment that was not in good condition and deal with the men who used to spit in the water fountain. solarpowrd Maria, I saw your blog post... I am so very sorry you have been affected by this year's devastating weather, but I'm glad you are safe. I live on the Oklahoma-Arkansas border, an area that has been hit very hard by multiple tornadoes this year. The storms have been all around us here, but none have directly hit our city. dmmb you can't think too far ahead because then you get discouraged. It will come with time. It took me 2 yrs and I'm still working at it. What they say is true; It's not just a diet (they dont work anyway) its a total and complete change of lifestyle. Oct 28, 2008 2:29pm
