Managed to get the full body workout in just before the structure fire banged in. Fortunate to be driving New Years Eve so most of the slugging was done by the guys on the back. Everything else seems to be falling into place. Cardio days are on schedule as well as the lifting days. So far so...
Glad your ham healed quickly!!! I think I'm pretty much back to normal too. I managed to touch my toes in stretching yesterday, still tight, but I got all they way! YAY! It's done! Hope you are getting some good weather out there.
Its not going to badly. Having an off-day today and I'll be going to the gym next week and seriously thinking of joining the Setanta triathlon club but I've to get more training in for that
Please beeee careful! I found running really difficult, still do, can do stairs and quad stuff, but running did not work. Warm up and stretch a bit before and ICE it afterwards too!
That's what I had a grade 2 tear. OOWWW! Sorry to hear about your injury. Ice it as much as you can right away, apparently it helps. I didn't. Mine is 3 months now and better but still not 100%. Doc says probably up to a year to totally heal. Hopefully yours will be faster. Did you win the baseball game?
Sometimes we don't notice the little changes that accumulate. That is why it is important to keep progress pics, you can see your results there. Wish I did more of that earlier on...even now, but I'm not good at taking my own pics. Keep it up!

I think its getting better, can do a bit of cardio now. Managed 30 minutes tread-walking yesterday. Did 2 hour w/o on Weds. Getting there. How are things with you, getting results you want?

Hey Jarvee, just got back from Cancun where I managed to get in 3 workouts at the limited gym at the hotel. Really need to widen my back though...its tough with the freeweights and I dont have a good doorway for pull up bar. Ah well.
Yeah, that would be a work out, a long one! Whew! Sometimes switching the order you do your routine in is all the change that is needed, the body gets a jolt from subtle changes. Have a great day off!
Sounds like our forecast as well. Have a nice rest on Tuesday. Hopefully you are getting more than one day off. How is your training going? I pulled a hammy and can only do upper body. Hopefully this will only be short term.
