Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
There are sooo many great physiques out there I'm always looking at mixing and matching bodyparts. Instead of picking one great physique I'd rather play Dr. Frankenstein.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I do workout logs and software. I try to improve every workout and tracking is a good way of monitoring that.

I do see a change in female bodybuilding. Female bodybuilding has been on the decline for a few years now. Every year there seem to be less and less female bodybuilding shows. It is a shame cause these ladies work just as hard for their bodies as their male counterparts. Everything...
