I started working out in high school when I played football and have worked out since then. I fell off the wagon my freshman year in college but started back that summer.
Why I Love It:
If I miss a workout, I feel like crap the rest of the day! I like to stay in shape and stay healthy. There's nothing leaving the gym with a good pump!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a calendar with my goals listed and keep a picture on my fridge with what I used to look like.
BB Accomplishments:
Summer of '07 I was topped the scales at 272 and knew I had to change. As of December '08 I am at 240.
For a couple of years now I wanted to look like the people I see in fitness magazines. I want my arms to pop out of my sleeves, wash clothes on my stomach, have bowling ball sized calves, and get my body fat under 10%!!!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%

I did dead lifts for the first time tonight with a little bit of weight. I have some work to do!!! I think I need to get myself a lifting belt before I can load up some plates. I only went up to 225 and that almost killed me, it was friggin tough!
I do a lot of pyramid sets.. it's not too great for size but I am getting some due to the strength. Try doing sets of 12, 8, 6, 4 whenever you do chest with as much weight as you can and increase each time. ie. for bench i do 12 - 325, 8 - 345, 6 - 365, 4 - 385 every 2 weeks or so you should increase good luck!
