Off and on thru high school and the Marine Corps but never saw impressive results until I got it right last year. And ofcoarse, pops was a bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
Love knowing that I have the discipline and the dedication to work hard for what I want...that I look the way I look because I actually put in the time and hard work every hour, every day. And knowing that instead of my wife looking at other guys when we're out she's looking at me thinking about how lucky she is that I'm her's.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated remembering a 125lbs dope head 7 years ago. I had heart but was too physically weak to stand up for myself or others. That all changed when I became a Marine. I became...a man finally. I fear nothing. So I constantly want to live up to the expectations of being a bad mother****er...physically unstoppable. And ofcoarse I like when I catch girlies looking my way.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major except for personal accomplishments. Put up 335lbs bench...550lbs squat...all at 180lbs body weight.

just started lifting again after 4 months of not training. 163lbs
Want to get up to 200lbs and while maintaining my 8% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
Believe it or not, at the age of 18 I weighed 125lbs. Too many all nighters and not taking care of myself. I was in fact a loser...dead to the world. Deep inside that wasn't really me. Turned it around, joined the Marine Corps which saved me from death I'm sure now, and never looked back. Every day is Carpe Diem for me now. Everyday is lived for myself and my family. My goal is only to get huge again(up and down thru out the years...185lbs). And to always give my future wife the most attractive guy she could have.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Severely sprained both wrists doing skullcrushers with 135lbs...came up too quick when I finished and they both just..."SNAPPED" Hurt like hell. Couldn't train at all for two weeks. Took about 3 months to fully recover.Severely sprained both wrists doing skullcrushers with 135lbs...came up too quick when I finished and they both just..."SNAPPED" Hurt like hell. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Too much weight, not good enough form.

Thanks alot brother. I always been pretty small so I had to be able to prove myself a couple of times, and I have been on the recieving end of a couple nice a$$ whippins, but It only makes you stronger. On a serious note, the Army is having huge problems with people being out of shape, but they wont kick anyone out due to the deployments. It makes me sick having to look at PT failures, and people who look like a bag of crap in uniform.
Wow.... very nice main pic ... youve changed soo much ... i was just looking through your pics ...very nice gains...whatever your doing keep it up..! You look fantastic....! Train Hard!!
Well hey at least you don't have to worry about the Marines new weight regs...I hate seeing all these Marines walking around here looking horrible in uniform...keep up the progress

I am losing bf% but want tolose a whole lot more . feel free to gemail me uf that is easier . doobzkhq@gmail.com
Hey man -- great story and great job! Looks like you know what you're doing & you are doing it all for the right reasons! Best of luck with everything man! I might have to hit you up for advice on how to keep up with lifting/diet after the baby is born! My son is due around the new year. Take care!
