Off and on thru high school and the Marine Corps but never saw impressive results until I got it right last year. And ofcoarse, pops was a bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
Love knowing that I have the discipline and the dedication to work hard for what I want...that I look the way I look because I actually put in the time and hard work every hour, every day. And knowing that instead of my wife looking at other guys when we're out she's looking at me thinking about how lucky she is that I'm her's.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated remembering a 125lbs dope head 7 years ago. I had heart but was too physically weak to stand up for myself or others. That all changed when I became a Marine. I became...a man finally. I fear nothing. So I constantly want to live up to the expectations of being a bad mother****er...physically unstoppable. And ofcoarse I like when I catch girlies looking my way.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major except for personal accomplishments. Put up 335lbs bench...550lbs squat...all at 180lbs body weight.

Want to get up to 200lbs and while maintaining my 7% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
Believe it or not, at the age of 18 I weighed 125lbs. Too many all nighters and not taking care of myself. I was in fact a loser...dead to the world. Deep inside that wasn't really me. Turned it around, joined the Marine Corps which saved me from death I'm sure now, and never looked back. Every day is Carpe Diem for me now. Everyday is lived for myself and my family. My goal is only to get huge again(up and down thru out the years...185lbs). And to always give my future wife the most attractive guy she could have.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Severely sprained both wrists doing skullcrushers with 135lbs...came up too quick when I finished and they both just..."SNAPPED" Hurt like hell. Couldn't train at all for two weeks. Took about 3 months to fully recover.Severely sprained both wrists doing skullcrushers with 135lbs...came up too quick when I finished and they both just..."SNAPPED" Hurt like hell. I am making steady gains. About 12 lbs in three months which is real good for me. I have never been over 160 lbs, and now I expect to be by 170 lbs March 1st.
