How I Started:
My senior year of highschool I weighed 255lbs. I dropped down to 195lbs so that I could enlist in the Marine Corps. I graduated from boot camp last July weighing 155lbs. Ever since then I have stayed motivated to keep up the progress I have made.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding has become a lifestyle to me. I love going to the gym everyday and testing how far I can push myself. It is truly addicting and it's a great way to take out agression.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and know that I can be much more than what I am. Ill stop at nothing to reach my goals!
HEY DEVILDOG!!!! DON'T WORRY BOUT JODY!!!! HE'S DEAD AND THE HOMEFRONT IS SECURE..SIR!!! OOORAH!!!
LOOKING GOOD THERE MARINE, KEEP IT UP AND THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME MY FREEDOM AND MY LIFESTYLE!!! i am honored...
1, 2, 3....KILL!!!
hey man, just want to give you and your fellow service men and women a shout out today, Memorial Day. know that your efforts and commitment are appreciated, brother.
3 hrs of sleep! damn. that's a tough schedule. good to hear you balance pushing yourself and a little chill time. do you split bi's & tri's on arm days? i've been doing splits trying to hit 'em harder. thanks for the bit of motivation brother. hit it hard, man.
thanks man. given the source that means alot. but you know how it is. when i look in the mirror I only see the flaws. had a good chest workout today. how was your day off? did you get your sweat?
dude I ment do you wanna box? bryce is comin down so we'll have 2 pairs of gloves. We could do like a rotation system where one guy stays in for 2 rounds, then sits out etc
great to work out the aggression. my best work outs have been when i had something to get off my chest. keeps you balanced. i usually work out everyday. mostly because work's time requirements sometime keeps me from going balls to the wall. it's just not a good day if you don't find your sweat, though. keep motivated man.
working til 7 am? damn. that's gotta be a grind. great you still get your workouts in. i usually try to work out first thing in the morning, but the weekends are more challenging. had a great shoulder workout today. tomorrow's abs and chest. does your base have a decent gym? it's the least we can do for you guys.
just got back from seeing Terminator.
absolutely wicked. there's wasn't anything left to blow up. Plus a sweet surprise with the Arnold. how goes it with you man?
you get **** like that when you are fighting off a virus, I've had it for about 5 days now and I am patrly deff in both ears, and every time someone speaks it makes squeeky echos in my head. It realy ANOYING!
