How I Started:
At first I was just testing it out to see how well it would work when I was in junior high. I was motivated to lift more so I kept on going with strength being my primary goal. Then later it was detail and definition.
Why I Love It:
Because I like to see myself go to the next level rather. The sky is the limit as far as I am concerned.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read lots of articles about people who was at a low muscle gain and went up significantly in how much muscle that added on. I want to be one of them.
BB Accomplishments:
My major achievements is that once i weight any where from 215 to 190 pounds average and I lost that weight through cardio and weight lifting mostly and odd diet.

Goal (Long):
One of my additional goals in detail is to add really good cardio with out going over bored my cardio is descent but not good, I at the very least need to really push myself on the HIT to get those insane calories burned off.
Hey I appreciate the support man, I am going to start developing a targeting routine for specific body parts...any suggestions on calf muscles? I'm up for all the help I can get.
