right now i am doing only 4-6 reps per set going heavy. i only warm up once and do a few burn out sets at the end of my work out for that muscle group.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
get with my lifting partner make a mix on the ipod talk about what are goals are for the day then beat down the block.

Why is this type of protein best?
It just works well with my body. Not sure why but hopefully one day im going to get into the reserch side of sepplements and lifting so i know.
