hey man wats up i havent been on here much lately just been busy with workin like 65 hours a week this summer...but i havent strayed from my workout any...how have you been...i posted 2 new progress pictures yestarday and ill be posting some chest pictures monday and bicep and back pictures on tuesday of this coming week

thanks man...ive been bulking for 20 weeks now and gained alot of size but with no body fat at all despite 7000 callories a day and around 375g of protien i still have 6% body fat. i am not planning on competeting until next june so i stilll have a little over a year to gain size. i want to compete at about 178 or 180 so i got a ways to go but i know i can do it...how are things working out for u

to use it effectively you should take it 45 minutes pre workout for 3 weeks everyday even on non training days. take 1 week off and then do another 3 week cycle. do this for a total of 12 weeks and it shows alot of improvement in muscle gains as well as strenght

well ive taken alot of the stuff just not stacked together so i know what usually happends and what doesnt...like for instance ive takin Animal Pump ANimal Nitro and Cell Mass but im getting extra gains this time and i have added Animal Stak2 and Animal Pak so those two obviously work good too

hey thanks man ur physique is off the chain...its treatin me pretty well i must say...just to let you know i try a hole lotta differnt supplements and i post blogs about differnt supplements and staks every week...right now im on a stack of Animal Pak Animal Pump Animal Stak2 Animal Nitro and Cell Mass..there are all kinds of supplement reviews in my blogs...i will also be posting anothing update on my current stack tomarrw as well as pictures on the 14th

what do you suggest i do for my bicep peaks. my current bicep workout is for 3 sets of 8 reps i do EZ Bar curl,Flat Bar Curl, DB alternating Curls,Bent over DB curls,Preacher curls,pull ups (3sets of 10) and Hammer curls for 3 sets of 4

hey man i am a huge Aniaml™ fan i am aspiring to get sponserd by them i am only 15 now but my long term goal is to be sponserd by them. what exercizes do you do for your calves.also my new stack is start next week is Animal Pump Animal Nitro Animal Stak2 and Animal Pak do you thank that will work will in adding mass.but also if you have the time take a look at my progress pics and let me know what you think.i am adding more of my arms and back tomarrow and legs and abs tomarrow

well i change around supplements alot to find all the stuff that works the best and i can throw it all together for one like bomb ass stack but i always take a week in between stack and every 8-10 weeks

hey...the 8 rep sets seem to be working better. i feel a better pump. also the stack im on seems to be working well to. but my next stack starts on the 21st i think its gunna be Animal Pump, Animal Stak2 Cell Mass and Aplodan

hey thanks i have usually been able to make all the goals i have set for my self. wat seems to work best for me(keep in mind im bulking) i use 3 sets of 4-6 reps with90% of my 1 rep max. i am trying to get my chest to 43 inches(.5 inch gain) and my arms to 15.5(.5 inch gain) i would also like to weigh betweem 147-150 by aprol 1st

hey wat are you doing for your back workout..(everything i do is 3 sets of 4 reps with heavy weight,excluding pullups) currently i am doing -wide grip pullups for 3 sets of 10-12 reps, widegrip lat pulldowns,closegrip pulldowns, T-bar rows,deadlifts,bent over rows and seated rows...i am trying to add thickness and width is that a good traning regimen?
