i wanted to bulk up i was skinny i was only about 5'9 115 lbs, so i started lifting and alot of it

because it helps me reach my personal best every single day, and i love watching my body change,i still have trouble with my self asteem no matter how big i get i still see my self as to small

Wow thats really impressive that you can keep your bf % so low! but what im doin really is training for MMA doin stuff like boxing and i wanna get into wrestling soon so I have to stay in really good shape for that sport
