How I Started:
My brother got into it and then told me I should start working out. I didn't like it at first but after a couple weeks, I never wanted to stop.
Why I Love It:
Always makes it worth while to be the one people think of when strength is the subject.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the people over the years that have told "your strong I guess but not that strong" or when people call me lanky and skinny.
BB Accomplishments:
My dumbell curls went from 50s to 80s.
Placed third in Bench press competition. My weighted dips were at only 115 added pounds now they are up to 160 lbs extra.
