How I Started:
I started lifting in high school and kept up with it throughout college. I've piddled around with it for the last 6 years but just recently started to take it seriously again.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me from felling like a self conscious troll.
How I Stay Motivated:
My brother has similar goals so it helps to have someone to "compete" against.

Goal (Long):
After meeting my wife 6 years ago, my weight has bounced up and down (mostly up). I've gained about 50 lbs within the past 6 years. I started working out again February 2009 and have lost about 30 lbs so far. My goal is to lose another 30 by the end of the year.
