How I Started:
I started out in a weightlifting class my sophomore year of college.
Why I Love It:
Because I love to improve both on routes and in the weightroom.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is no better way to start the day than in a weight room and no better way to end it than topped out. Setting realistic but difficult goals keeps my motivation high. V6-7s and 5.13s here i come
BB Accomplishments:
When i first hit 225 on bench i was very excited, but every time i reach a goal i set a new one
What do I want.... good question with a complicated answer. I want to crimp up an overhung 5.13. I want quick feet. I want to dyno up to a 2 finger pocket. I want to work through a V7. I want to beat the crux.
I do not want to be big. I try not to forgo the benefits of functional athleticism for strength. I want to be as strong as possible without losing flexibility, agility, and endurance. It's all for the climb!
Heavy Workouts to improve strength and light workouts to keep my form in check and help sculpt. I am also an avid rock climber and i do that every other day.

Mate - 180lbs..awesome!! Let the cutting games begin!!!. I just dropped another 1% BF in 4 weeks and gained 6.6lbs back..got another 6.6lbs to go. Thinking good training times are ahead - I keep track of your progress. Once again, great achievement!!
Rock climbing sounds cool. Yeh BSN Syntha 6 is high in BCAA's so you may want to consider this as a protein powder. Choclate flav. tastes awesome dude

ah, thanks for the reply, bro. SO, u reduced calorie mainly by reducing simple carbs, right? and no carbs at night time.
My problem is I workout at around 7-8pm, then I have carbs (rice) at 10pm, then go to bed at 12am. If u were me, would u eliminate the rice?
