that blows man..we gotta about a 10 minute drive to all the bars so its not to bad..i just cant get in any of the good ones so thats my problem...

whats up bro..life at the wood aint that bad..nightlife is kinda slacking..but if you look hard enough you'll find something to do..other than that its realy nice here..kinda strict.but nice..
Went from Westside to 5x5, now I'm doing an all compound lift program. I usually do 2x8 sets to start, then 2x5 sets, then 2x3 to finish which each lift. I'll do box squats, bench, tbar rows, military press, weighted pullups, weighted dips, deadlifts, and i'll also work in some speed reps with those lifts where i really concentrate on exploding ups. i dont do all of those lifts in one day, but over a 4 day split ill do each of them twice.
