How I Started:
After a long battle with bulimia, I decided that it was time for a change. So in April of 2005, I got myself a gym membership. And ever since then I have been hooked on working out and pushing my body to the limit.
Why I Love It:
Honestly, I have a love hate relationship with working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always seem to have all the motivation in the world to work out. Even when I'm sick, tired, or hurting, I still find it in myself to push just a bit harder. I am determined to obtain the results I am looking for!
External: a) a dramatic decrease in weight
and bodyfat
b) overall defined and toned body
c) lose bulk in legs
d) sculpted core
e) run faster & stronger
Internal: a) be in control of my eating
b) fix my image and eating disorders
c) never binge on food ever again
d) stop making fitness a form of
punishment
e) give my body time to recover

Thanks....Clean protein like ground turkey and chicken breast and green veggies. Ill eat low gi complex carbs in the am for the first two meals like oatmeal and lentils. I only drink water. Hope that helps
