How I Started:
Tired of being looser and of being kicked by local yob's. So Im have to find the way out of this miserable situation. Started to work out in school but soon has to drop it pacause of insufficient money and food. :(. Maked 4 moore unsuccessful attempts. And at last in 2006 managed to earn enough money to eat and workout properly.
Why I Love It:
I can put my best efforts on development of my body (off course limited by amont of available money, time and knowledge).
How I Stay Motivated:
Loking at persons wich I have overtaken in pure streght and to witch Im closing gap (in most noteworthy gym in Riga).
BB Accomplishments:
Still to come ... im hope so :)

In 2009.01.24 Im launched my ultimate sleep discipline prgram (with at least 8h sleep each night).

And now reached 8h 45min on average each day.
So Im hope to see some good results in near future :)
