I've been working out/training for a bit already here.. but just starting protein and getting into heavier, more intense, workouts.

While there is a portion of my hips/ass/thighs that just will never go away, this area is definitely the spot that is the hardest to shape for me. Any tips thoughts? I do a fair amount of running and am still increasing that. Also I do leg press and work on the back of my legs as well as squats, yoga and wall climbing.

Again, to a degree these hips, ass and so on ain't going anywhere but I really hope to shape them and tighten everything there. But this pics makes me happy because I can see the progress in my back/arms.
