Overall Goal: Now that I've made exercise and being healthy apart of my life, it's time to step it up. I've started training in Muay Thai and am looking to take my progress to the next level. This is about setting a precedent for life.
Fit Status:
Really fell off the wagon with a new relationship... trying to get back into a routine that fits my life right now.

When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
I started working out five days a week because I was just not feeling physically well or happy with my body. Once I started working out doing cardio and weights, I felt so much better and it really helped me get through the brutal winters. Things progressed from there.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel like I can take on anything afterwards and to see the changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Muay Thai is really motivating, knowing I have to get to the point where I can fight. And all around I just feel great when I work out, so that's motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
Establishing a routine and making exercise a part of my life. Increasing my strength by a LOT. Training more for muay thai. Losing about 17 pounds.

Goal (Long):
Ideally I'd like to lose some inches and weight and build/tone muscle. I am hoping to achieve some significant changes within the next three months by stepping up my regiment to include kickboxing training, hot yoga, wall climbing plus a regular regimen of running/cardio and weight training.
Within six months I'd hope to attain the 30 pound weight loss but am mostly concerned with how I feel and how my athletic ability will improve.
