How I Started:
I started working out because I just became fed up with being heavy and trying to fit into my clothes that were getting too tight on me and I wasn't getting anywhere just sitting on my ass after work, wishing I was skinny.
Why I Love It:
Great stress reliever for me emotionally and great for the physical appearance.
How I Stay Motivated:
I usually read "Oxygen Magazine" and dream about going on a vacation near the ocean wearing a nice small bathing suite to show off my results.
BB Accomplishments:
Not sure yet...still undecided on when to weigh-in on my current progress.

If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as Body for Life. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen. It will be well worth the effort.
