Whats good ma, I know a great way for you to add that muscle tone your lookn forwhile droppin the extra weight.Next time you workout try doing push-ups/squats/crunches before your regular routine ex:(20 push-ups, 20 squats, 20 crunches)w/out resting between exercises do 3 rounds, it will definately help you acheive your goals,& it only takes 10 extra min. good luck
