How I Started:
Ive been on and off since highschool. Finally this last september I decided to get serious about it.
Why I Love It:
I have made many friends at the gym. A place where I can meet people with similar interests. I can push myself to new limits and gain size.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to keep at least 3 days of rest a week to prevent overtraining. Going to the gym is usually the highpoint of my day. Work is over and then it is time to get down to business.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained 30 lbs since september 2007. My bench press has skyrocketed.
Always had to keep a low weight (135) in highschool wrestling. Finally I have got myself in the gym and got my body weight to 170. Goal is to keep gaining mass while keeping some definition. Strength gains are a plus but not as important to me. They come with all of the hard work.
