I used to be LARGE as well, managed to lose 90+ lbs of fat, but stopped caring within a month of college...after 2 months of not going to track practice, doing any cardio, lifting hard, and eating right, i am getting back on track, due to my mind and my mirror and with motivation from viewing Antonio's amazing success.
