Just out of motivation to look better, and no longer wanting to be FAT!
Why I Love It:
Its a great stress relief and gives you alot of time to yourself to think and also it makes you look better :D
How I Stay Motivated:
Music, books, MIRROR!lol, hatred of people and determination to be something better!

I want to get a great looking body that will also help me to become an NFL player! I want to look strong, and to no longer have excessive fat! but in the short term i want to have a decent body for the beach :D
