Why I Love It:
It frees up my mind from the majority of the day that I spend banging on a keyboard.
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids, especially my son and niece who work out with me.

I have about 60 pounds of fat that I would like to lose and perhaps gain 30-40 pounds of muscle while I'm at it.
Goal (Long):
I work in the computer industry, and as such spend most of my day shackled to a desk. My goal is to get back into the kind of shape I had 12 years ago while I was in the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (Airborne). I looked good then, now I'm soft and pudgy.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 60 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%
