cool stuff man, yeah i still have mine and workout in it more so now than ever before. Still going strong. I've added a few things last year but ever since then haven't really added much but weights, though there's not much that i really need these days. hey whts up man? yeah still busy busy...lol even though im on spring break =/. I wont be starting a new log until summer...i made the mistake of loading my plate while already having a full stomach. I plan on trying to complete the previous log by throwing down a review and workouts that i was unable to post up.

nope, ever since i got out of that contest i've just been trying to focus on bulking up. Im trying to go up to at least 190-200 before even thinking of cutting down. I never want to be below 180 again...that would probably be my lifelong goal lol....and to be bigger than 99.9% of teh misc = D

u know i was plagued with the decision of either going for safety by getting spotters or not getting the spotters and investing it in something else....but then realized that if i get injured then that "something else" would be rendered useless. Personally i'd just save up 1/3 of it each month as an investment.....and gift to myself lol (though u'd have to obviously get both the spotter and the bench).
