Context dependent...depends on how often and what exercise. Typically i just zone out and do my own thing

YOOO BUDDYYYY ! how yuo been ? still have yuor home gym ? I keep adding to mine .MY version of the prowler BRUTAL-EYZER, 105 feet of 1-1/2" manila rope. 140's,145's and 150'slb dumbs last week picking up a dumb rack today

Tring to fit everything in can sometimes be bit of a problem. Always hard to move things around to make things happen..but consistancy is the key. Better to get in 100 pushups and than call it a day then to just write of the day and try to start again the next day or week!
