Workout Program:
5 days a week I do a circut that includes 1 minute of jump rope, 50 situps, 1 minute of heavy bag work(kicks and punches. I do this for 30 minute and the train in mixed martial arts for 30 minutes.

4 days I run... either 3-4 miles or 45 minutes of sprints

3 days a week I lift weights... Shoulders and back day 1
Chest and arms day 2
Legs day 3... 2 weeks light 1 week heavy.
I do all my lifting in the early AM.
