5 days a week I do a circut that includes 1 minute of jump rope, 50 situps, 1 minute of heavy bag work(kicks and punches. I do this for 30 minute and the train in mixed martial arts for 30 minutes.
4 days I run... either 3-4 miles or 45 minutes of sprints
hey bro, I can do that, I have a personal web setup..fitnesspoynters.com, I have a team of over 200 people on bodyspace who I am working with, alot of women, alot of men, I have a special workout for adding lean mass and cutting at the same time..Its my extreme fat destruction..

Thanks for the add! You aren't serious are you? starving yourself is pretty much the worst thing ever! You're body needs fuel to burn fat!
