Lately, I've been trying to keep up on my protein intake and trying to cut carbs. Sticking to a lot of fruits and berries. Avocado's great!
At breakfast, I'll eat 2-5 eggs with a couple of toast, depending if it's following my workout, which I'll usuallly follow up with a single shake serving.
Brunch time I'll have some greek yogurt with blueberries or honey, and I'll try to have this with an apple or orange.
Lunch Time I like a turkey, ham or roast beef sandwich with some more greek yogurt and fruit. Sometimes I'll have a grilled chicken breast sandwich. Lately I've been thinking about fish and quinoa. This is where I'll try to get in my avocado.
For an afternoon snack, I'll have a protein bar with some more fruit.
Dinner I'll eat pasta, fish, chicken, rice, quinoa, sweet potatoe, with all kinds of side vegetables.
Sometimes I'll have a couple of servings of my protein shake or eat some strong cheddar cheese before I go to bed for some night time recovery. (That's what I heard)
I cheat 1-2 times a week. Which is not good, but I try to even the odds up with my cardio.

I got lectured the other day by one of the people at the front desk for forgetting my card. I dunno.....but I kinda got the idea this person was frustrated with me. What's the big deal anyway? I complained, maybe I shouldn't have but it was embarrassing. Shouldn't forgetting our cards be one of the things to anticipate every now and again? Anyways, I haven't been in for three days this week because of this. I think I'll just let things simmer down a bit before I go back...

Sometimes I wonder why I do this. Aside from this being a personal goal, I believe myself every once in a while to become a little bit vain. The reason for that, I think, is that I've never come this far before and I'm damn proud of it. Where is this all going to take me? Is there an place for me somewhere when I make it to my goal? Can I take it to the next step? I don't know. But, what I do know is that I don't see myself quitting anytime soon. ... Go to BodyBlog
