Workout Program:
I'm currently following the 6 week body makeover diet/exercise routine. So far so good!!!

Monday: 12 reps/4 sets of 4 different back exercises
12 reps/4 sets of 4 different chest exercises
15 reps/4 sets of 3 different abdominal exercises
with 1/2 hr of cardio (speed walking intervals) in am.

Tuesday: 12 reps/4 sets of 4 different shoulder exercises
12 reps/4 sets of 5 different bicep/tricep exerc.
15 reps/4 sets of 3 different abdominal exercises
with 1/2 hr of cardio (speed walking intervals) in am.

Wednesday: 12 reps/4 sets of 2 different calf exercises
12 reps/4 sets of 5 different quad/hamstring ex.
12 reps/4 sets of 2 different glut. exercises
with 1/2 hr of cardio (speed walking intervals) in am.

Thursday: Cardio, Cardio, Cardio w/
15 reps/4 sets 3 abdominal exercises.

Friday: more cardio

Saturday: again more cardio

Sunday: OFF
