How I Started:
I played college basketball, and love to dabble in just about every sport out there... being active has always been there, but I want to keep it going this time! Make my body look as good as I can, while I'm still young!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, and I like the result of hard work over several months, just get impatient to see results!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at old pictures of myself, and seeing how much I've accomplished! Seeing my family and the struggles they go through with their weight. People on here that are twice my age, and have AMAZING bodies!!!

I get very impatient in seeing results. I want results faster than given and that frustrates me at times! I'm hoping with a good diet and exercise plan, I can achieve that!

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
sweeten with artifical sweetener (EX: Splenda)... no calories no fat make it perfect to sweeten up anything, and you have to consume literally TONS of it to POSSIBLY get some form of cancer... give me a break! Why I like this video: When I was about 220lbs. I started doing The Carribean Workout & incorporating weightlifting just like Shelly McDonald does, and I lost 30 lbs. It definitely changed my life, and is FUN!!!
