I played college basketball, and love to dabble in just about every sport out there... being active has always been there, but I want to keep it going this time! Make my body look as good as I can, while I'm still young!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, and I like the result of hard work over several months, just get impatient to see results!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at old pictures of myself, and seeing how much I've accomplished! Seeing my family and the struggles they go through with their weight. People on here that are twice my age, and have AMAZING bodies!!!

After 1 month of kicking my a$$ in the gym, I finally had the nerve to take some progress pics and post them...

Overall, I was pleased with them, but not satisfied... I know I can always get better, but just having the nerve to post them was a big step for me!
