*ATTENTION*
Im not trying to be some HUGE body builder. Im a full time model.
I stay in low body fat % and saty in great shape year round.
I have always been around working out since i was born. My Father was Mr New England and NH'S Strongest man for years.
I grew up with a house that had a full gym. I lifted weights as early as 8 years old.
But the past couple years ive really crunched down to get in the best shape possible. I used to be 225 pounds with almost 10 % body fat. I did strength training mostly. I was really big. But barely cut. my arms were as big as 19 inches. chest was 46 ect...
But i realized i needed a change. Im finally happy with where im going with my body!
Why I Love It:
working out is like...everything to me. My gym is my second home. Sometimes i wish i had a bed in my gym. haha!
But it makes me feel like a better person respecting my body. Your body is your only place you have to live! RESPECT IT!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking what i think everyday....and that is....
I cant ever let myself go like i see happen to a lot of folks. I need to be the best i can be and make the most with what god gave me.
Being a top male model requires i be in the best shape at all times year round!
BB Accomplishments:
I lost over 50 pounds of mass, went from 10 % body fat to 5 % within a year
Just maintain low body fat and be ripped as possible with maintaining some good size.
I think that's perfect for my body style. not too big not too small.
