How I Started:
I was reading a muscle magazins and found this article body transformation contest. I gained 15 pounds of muscle after that i liked the way i felt and looked so i always love to workout
Why I Love It:
when and after working out i get this surge of energy i sometimes don't want to stop. I love to feel the tightness of my muscle the next day after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
working out is in my blood i don't see myself stopping anytime soon.
BB Accomplishments:
My chest and arm is my biggest accomplishment at this time
