you asked me if i would suggest not taking a whey hydrolysate like ON. 100% Whey Gold Standard is not hydrolysate, so that confused me. i don't consume many carbs preworkout, just protein and lots of b6 and b12.

what is your body going to use for energy? usually if you go low carb, your fat intake is much higher and if you go low fat then your carb intake is higher. either diet sucks as far as satisfaction goes, so i can't imagine doing both at the same time. i am currently experimenting with mitotropin, i have a couple more weeks to go and i will take pics and let you know how i feel about it. later man.

yeah man. it was all right. unfortunately there aren't a whole lot of flavor choices when it comes to pro complex. i would buy it again.

so you're done cutting? and now you're trying to do a clean bulk, huh? good luck with that man! I'm bulking too, but its not so clean in the sense that im not restricting carbs, even though i really do only eat healthy foods. i just picked up some good gainer supps by optimum nutrition, though. so i'm excited about using them.
